OMNI works progressively. Most customers notice a difference in skin texture and radiance within 2–3 weeks of consistent use. More defined changes to firmness and contour typically emerge at 4–6 weeks.
LED Light Care (daily) tends to show the earliest change in radiance and tone. Moisturising Mode builds a hydrated, softer-looking complexion over weeks. Firming Mode delivers the most visible contouring result but requires patience — 6–8 weeks of consistent 3× weekly use. All results are cosmetic in nature.
Professional RF and microcurrent devices use significantly higher energy outputs, requiring trained operators. OMNI is calibrated for regular, unsupervised cosmetic home use.
The advantage is frequency. A monthly clinic visit is one session. Using OMNI 4–5× per week over the same month is 16–20 cumulative sessions. Many customers find consistency produces better-maintained results than occasional high-intensity appointments.
Yes — though less frequent use means slower cumulative change. The minimum for noticeable results is 3–4 sessions weekly across all modes. For Moisturising and Firming modes: after cleansing, before serum and moisturiser. Apply your serum directly to each section as the conductive layer — the device drives deeper absorption during treatment. Moisturiser follows the session.
For LED Light Care: after cleansing, on clean dry skin — no serum needed. Apply serum and moisturiser after the session.
Avoid thick creams, oils, or balms before any mode — these reduce conductivity and create a barrier for LED delivery.

Yes — recommended before your very first full session. Clean a small area on the inner forearm, apply a little serum, select Moisturising Mode at intensity level 1, treat for 2 minutes, and wait 24 hours. No reaction means you can proceed. Firming Mode is most directly relevant — the microcurrent pulse targets the appearance of tone and lift along the jaw and cheek. 3× per week, 15 seconds per position along the jawline and toward the ear. Complement with Moisturising Mode 1–2× per week on those same areas on different days. Consistent use over 6–8 weeks produces the most visible cumulative result.
Yellow LED (595nm) in LED Light Care Mode is your first choice — used daily on areas of concern. For enhanced results, use Moisturising Mode with a vitamin C or niacinamide serum as your conductive layer.
Daily SPF50 remains the most important protective step. OMNI works best when paired with consistent sun protection.
Yes — begin at intensity levels 1–3, specifically designated for sensitive or untrained skin. Start with LED Light Care Mode only in your first week to acclimatise before introducing RF and microcurrent. Complete the skin sensitivity test before your first full session. If you have rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or active dermatitis, consult your dermatologist before beginning.
Wait a minimum of 2 weeks after any of the following before using OMNI in or near the treated area: hyaluronic acid or silicone injections, Botox or thread lifts, eyelid or other cosmetic surgery, HIFU treatments, or any reconstructive or medical skin procedure. When in doubt, confirm with your treating practitioner before resuming.
Yes. Blue LED (470nm) in LED Light Care Mode targets a clearer, more balanced-looking complexion — use daily on affected areas. Avoid Moisturising and Firming modes directly over active breakouts, open skin, or inflamed areas. Treat surrounding areas normally and return to those zones once healed.

Yes. OMNI is designed and calibrated specifically for unsupervised cosmetic home use. It is not a medical or therapeutic device. The 10-level intensity system allows you to start low and build gradually. Complete the skin sensitivity test before your first full session. If you experience pain, burning, or discomfort — stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Connect the charging cable directly into the device and plug into a USB-A outlet. The base cradle holds the device upright during and after charging. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. The device cannot start a treatment when battery falls below 10% — charge before reaching that point. Input rating: 5V / 1A. Do not use third-party chargers.
After each session: wipe the treatment head and body with a soft damp cloth or wet wipe. Remove all residual serum before storing. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or water-soluble cleaners. Do not rinse or submerge — OMNI is not waterproof. Store in a cool, dry place between 5–30°C, humidity below 65%, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
After powering on, use the touchscreen or up/down buttons to navigate and select a mode. Once a session is active, the touchscreen is automatically disabled as a safety measure — all intensity adjustments during treatment use the physical up/down buttons only. Press the power button twice to exit a mode early. The voice assistant provides session prompts and signals when to move to the next section.

You can use a compatible water-based serum of your own. The HYDRAGLOW Elixir is specifically formulated to support conductivity for RF and microcurrent delivery. Avoid oil-based formulations, alcohol-heavy toners, and thick creams before treatment. LED Light Care Mode requires no product at all.
